Yes, all pieces are made to order by independent, women-led brands from around the world. This ensures quality craftsmanship and minimizes waste.


Can I return or exchange my order?

As each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

What happens if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives broken or defective, please email us at hello@igotathingforchairs.com with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging within 48 hours of receipt. We will assess the issue and either offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability.

Shipping & Import Taxes

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping is calculated after checkout based on the item’s origin and your location. You will receive a separate invoice for shipping costs once your order is processed.

Where do items ship from?

Production & Delivery Times

How long will my order take?

Since all items are made to order, production times vary by designer and product. Please check the estimated lead time on each product page. Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed, as production begins immediately. Please double-check all details before purchasing.
