AMBER CHEN & SANCHIA TAN
SANCHIA TAN AND AMBER CHEN ARE DESIGNERS AND CO-FOUNDERS OF TANCHEN STUDIO, A TEXTILE-FOCUSED DESIGN PRACTICE BASED BETWEEN SINGAPORE AND SHANGHAI. WITH TRAINING IN WOVEN TEXTILES FROM CENTRAL SAINT MARTINS AND THE ROYAL COLLEGE OF ART, THEY LAUNCHED THE STUDIO IN 2019 TO EXPLORE MATERIALITY, TEXTURE, AND FUNCTION THROUGH A CRAFT-DRIVEN, PROCESS-BASED APPROACH. THEIR WORK SPANS HAND-WOVEN TEXTILES, SCULPTURAL OBJECTS, AND FUNCTIONAL HOMEWARE, BLURRING THE LINE BETWEEN ART AND DESIGN THROUGH SMALL-BATCH, MINDFULLY SOURCED COLLECTIONS.
Alba Maria faggionato
Alba is a designer based in Italy and Mexico, known for her playful approach to craftsmanship. With Austrian and Italian heritage and a London upbringing, she studied industrial design at Parsons School of Design in New York, where she gained experience in glassworking with Venetian brand Laguna B. After working at Mexico City’s AGO Projects, she founded Alba Maria Studio in 2021. Her brand specializes in handcrafted homeware and accessories, blending Italian and Mexican traditions through collaborations with skilled artisans to create contemporary, culturally rich designs.
Catie Curry
Brooklyn-based ceramic artist Catie Curry creates functional and sculptural pottery inspired by her native New York City. After studying Art History at NYU and working in architecture, she transitioned to ceramics full-time in 2024. Her work, which began in 2020, has been featured in sold-out shows at All Streets Gallery (East Village) and Salon 21 (SoHo). Curry also brings her design sensibility to 3D rendering and graphic design projects. When not in the studio, she can be found exploring the city with her rescue dog.
Emmie Massias and Marine Col
Amalgame Studio is a satellite design practice founded in 2024 by Emmie Massias and Marine Col. Drawing on research that bridges territories and material cultures, the studio explores furniture and objects as a medium to trace artisanal knowledge systems. Navigating between local craftsmanship and industry, their work embraces the contrasts and contradictions embedded in raw materials, processes, and the narratives they carry.
Emilia momen
Emilia Momen is a London-based figurative oil painter. She studied fine art at Fine Arts Hampstead and Camberwell UAL before training in Florence at Charles Cecil and Polimoda. Her work debuted at the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition in 2021, followed by a solo show at Ronchini Gallery and international art fair exhibitions. In 2025, she won the Young Masters Women Artist Award and was named a top 10 artist to invest in by Artelier Art Advisory.
Faezah Shaharuddin
Faezah Shaharuddin is a multi-disciplinary designer and founder of Studio Kallang, whose work explores nostalgia and cultural nuance, primarily through furniture and object design.
Her work has been featured in Monocle, FEMALE, Vogue, L'Officiel, and House & Garden. She has also designed custom pieces for international brands such as Diptyque and Charles and Keith, while Studio Kallang’s pieces have been shipped to clients worldwide via stockists such as SSENSE, ADORNO, the Oblist, and 1stDibs. She is also represented by Galerie Philia. Her work has most recently been exhibited at Milan Design Week 2024 and the Asian Civilisations Museum in Singapore.
Holly Rollins
Holly Rollins is a London-based interior architect and object designer whose work delves into the intersections of design, culture, and psychology. Through Rolstudio, she crafts functional artefacts that explore identity, memory, and the diasporic psyche. Her research-driven practice transforms objects into vessels of storytelling and healing, blurring the line between function and deeper cultural expression.
Laura Hoyos
Laura Hoyos is a Colombian-born, London-based artist-designer working across multiple disciplines. She founded Hito Estudio where she explores the art of gathering around a dinner table and translates the act of eating into a multisensory and artistic experience.
Lucie Claudia Podrabska
Lucie Claudia Podrabska is a Lisbon-based sculptor and designer. Born in Buenos Aires to Czech parents, she explores space through furniture, art, and glass objects. She works with mouth-blown crystal glass crafted by a father-son glasshouse in the Czech Republic, bringing depth and personality to interiors. In her sculptural practice, she transforms discarded materials and papier-mâché into expressive forms, blending craftsmanship with sustainability to create thoughtful, immersive designs.
Mariana Afanador Izquierdo
Mariana Afanador Izquierdo is a designer and artiest based between Colombia and the UK, known for her innovative approach to ceramics. All her creations are multifunctional, modern yet timeless.
Manuela Cabrales
Manuela Cabrales is a London-based Colombian designer blending heritage, nature, and craftsmanship. With Master’s degrees from the Royal College of Art, she merges design with cultural storytelling. Her luxury lifestyle brand, founded in 2023, offers ready-to-wear, accessories, and homeware inspired by Colombia’s landscapes and artisanal traditions. Committed to sustainability, Manuela fosters collaborations that celebrate cultural diversity and bring Colombia’s artistic legacy to a global audience.
Rumpa Paweenpongpat
Rumpa is a Thai designer whose practice blends playful creativity, material experimentation, and a deep commitment to sustainability. Guided by her background in art and her long-standing fascination with found objects, Rumpa transforms recycled plastics into contemporary, characterful designs. With a belief in giving new life to forgotten materials, celebrates the hidden stories within waste, and encourages a new generation to see value in the overlooked.
Thanapond Sukthana
Thanapond Sukthana is a designer and founder of Jaajr Studio, a Thailand-based craft studio specializing in handcrafted tableware, home decor, and lighting. With a background in jewelry design and a Master’s in Craft and Design from London, she returned to Udonthani in 2024 to launch her studio. Her work explores materiality, time, and transformation, blurring the line between function and art through small-batch, high-quality creations.
Verónica Ortuño
Casa Veroníca is a design studio founded by Veronica Ortuno, rooted in an intuitive, hands-on approach to making and storytelling. Drawing from personal memory, domestic rituals, and a sensitivity to space, Ortuno creates objects that feel both intimate and quietly expressive. Her practice embraces slow processes and thoughtful craftsmanship, allowing materials and form to guide each piece. Through Casa Veronica, she explores how everyday environments can hold emotion, warmth, and meaning, inviting a deeper connection between objects, home, and lived experience.
